Stefanie Mainwaring

As team lead for project realization, Stefanie Mainwaring coordinates the development, design and project management for HYVE Innovation Community’s web solutions and applications. Stefanie holds a business management degree from the LMU in Munich. Prior to HYVE, she lived in San Francisco, CA, where she gained extensive practical experience in the fields of innovation management, software product management and marketing.


Giordano Koch

Giordano Koch is a Managing Director of the HYVE Innovation Community GmbH. He established the public sector division and leads the Sales & Consulting team. Giordano works with clients from various industries, the public sector and research institutions, leading them to successfully design, develop, manage as well as evaluate innovative communities. In addition he is working on his PhD at the University Hamburg with a focus on open innovation, co-creation in the public sector. Furthermore, he teaches at the Johannes Kepler University Linz and is an eligible speaker for Open Innovation, Co-Creation and Crowdsourcing.


Markus Rieger

Markus Rieger is CEO and CTO of the HYVE Innovation Community GmbH, after having been CEO of HYVE’s subsidiary company, GameCreator GmbH from October 2004 to January 2009. He gained experience in various companies during his studies in computer sciences at the Technical University, Munich. After his engagement with CyberSymetrix IT and the YadaYada GmbH, he worked for WebToGo Mobiles Internet GmbH for 3 years. Markus Rieger consults clients from various industries and regularly gives speeches about Open Innovation, Co-Creation and Online-Communities.
